The role of the Perez Acres Homeowners Association (PAHA) is to provide homeowners the maintenance, preservation and architectural control of the building’s exterior and Common Area. The PAHA Board also adopts and publishes rules and regulations governing the use of the Common Area and its facilities, the personal conduct of the members, their family, tenants & guests. At present, an elected seven-member board governs PAHA & serves for a two-year term. The Board employs a manager and a crew to maintain & preserve the exterior of the buildings and the Common Area of Perez Acres. There is an Architectural Review & Landscape Control Committee to maintain architectural and landscape controls within Perez Acres.
